Robert McNab –
Biography
Robert graduated from the Royal Air Force College, Cranwell as a commissioned officer, serving as a Fighter Control Officer and latterly as a trainer at the RAF School of Fighter Control. In 1990 he moved into the financial services selling protection and investment portfolios. Promoted to a sales management training role with Halifax plc in 1992 he later moved to AMP specialising in training design and project management. Robert was then promoted to his most recent role of Management Training and Development in 2000, responsible for researching, designing and implementing the management development strategy of a FTSE100 Company. With 12 years proven experience in all aspects of the training cycle from training needs analysis through design and delivery to evaluation, using techniques such as NLP means that Robert has a range of solutions to every business need. He is also currently working towards his MBA at Loughborough University. |
